-I showed up at the show late and missed Black Faxes

-Urban Blight were great as usual

-No Problem played and were pretty energetic, their set dragged on toward the end (no pics)

-Mad Men were incredible and was my first time seeing them. Ben Cook and members of School Jerks filled in, they played stuff from both demos and finished with an incredible cover of NY Hoods "Slapped In The Face." Jonah makes a great frontman and his energy was perfect.

Stick Together put out one of the best demos this year, not to mention bands to see live. Pre-Orders don't start shipping 'til January so I don't what to fully expect. Stick Together's myspace has a track from the EP up online and its just as great as the stuff on the demo.

True Grit seems to be one of the best films of 2010, it looks like "No Country For Old Men" and "3:10 to Yuma." It shares the All-Star cast of Matt Damon, Jeff Bridges and Josh Brolin not to mention its a Coen Brothers movie. This drops theatres Dec. 22nd and I can't wait any sooner.

My sister and her husband Mark are coming home for the holidays in less than 3 weeks. They spent a good chunk of the summer in Canada and everyone has awaited their upcoming arrival. I'm looking forward to the Holidays, exams are done this Wednesday and its smooth sailing for the few weeks after.

Things I Look Forward To:

+Seeing all sorts of extended family members

+Baked goods of all sorts

+Snow, Blizzards and Ice Rinks

+Pond Hockey (fingers crossed)

I love "The Walking Dead." I heard about this show a couple months ago on a message board but didn't into it 'til a few days ago. This, Bored to Death and The Office are my favourite shows on Television. If you love all great things about Zombie movies, you'll love this show!
